- Handles design and development of web-based course offerings and instructor-led programs.
- Facilitates instructor-led sessions to medium and large audiences.
- Assesses learning need and recommends persona-based learning strategy-plan while guiding sponsors through end-to-end development, implementation, and sustainability phases of the plan.
- Expertly applies adult learning theory and instructional design best practices.
- 5+ years of Instructional Design and instructor-led training experience
- 5+ years of professional work experience
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of prior relevant experience
- Capable of designing or developing L1, L2, & L3 eCourses
- Experience using a Learning Management System (LMS)
- Experience with virtual classroom training platforms (Zoom, Microsoft Teams, etc.)
- Expertise at developing highly polished, Investor Relations-like content
- Microsoft Suite: PowerPoint; Excel; WORD, Teams.
- Experience developing eLearning content (Articulate Storyline 360, Articulate Rise, Adobe, Photoshop)
- Persuasive communication skills (spoken, written).
- Ability to build strong relationships with peers, technology partners, business leaders and executives.
- Proficient to expert with eLearning, video editing, audio editing, Microsoft suite, emerging technologies
- Ability to work in ambiguity and navigate in a highly matrixed environment.
