Job summary

The Accounts Payable Associate plays a crucial role in processing accounts payable invoices,
coordinating vendor payments, and reconciling related general ledger accounts monthly.
This position provides valuable support to professional staff within organizational functions,

Responsibilities

  • Organize, analyze, and process all accounts payable invoices.
  • Maintain vendor records and assist with annual 1099 processing.
  • Prepare general ledger account reconciliations and perform research on accounts payable invoices and payments.
  • Assist in the preparation of financial reports where appropriate and post miscellaneous journal entries as needed.
