- Must be Licensed in PA as a psychologist, professional counselor (LPC), marriage and family therapist (LMFT) or clinical social worker (LCSW) OR Licensed in PA as a social worker (LSW).
- Good computer skills and able to use an electronic health record; Strong communication and organizational skills.
- COVID-19 vaccination, or willingness to receive vaccine required.
- Active and valid Driver's License required. SPECIFIC DUTIES:
- Be knowledgeable and ensure compliance with all Intensive Behavior Health Services (IBHS) regulations, standards and expectations.
- Provide intensive therapeutic interventions per treatment plan, utilizing evidence-based practices, with assigned youth and families that include individual, group and family therapy modalities.
- Provide crisis intervention and management as indicated and/or assigned.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and crisis/safety plans that are developmentally appropriate, strengths-based and trauma-informed.
- Attend and facilitate interagency meetings to coordinate treatment planning and recommendations, identify progress and barriers, and to ensure integration among all team members.
- Complete initial and on-going functional behavior analysis collaborating with all systems as indicated. Monitor effectiveness and revise as needed.

JOB SUMMARY:
To promote the mission of PATH to help individuals achieve a more independent and fulfilling life by being an effective team member. Provide intensive therapeutic interventions with children and families in the form of assessments, individual, group and family therapy. Provide initial and on-going assessments. Provide supervision of IBHS BHT (Behavior Health Technician) as assigned. Ensure utilization of approved evidenced-based models and that the needs of the youth and family are being met. Provide quality, trauma-informed services in the home, school and community.
QUALIFICATIONS:Ability to stand and sit for extended periods. Ability to pass training on crisis intervention and defensive procedures.
