THE POSITION

Our boutique law firm client is hiring a standout Litigation Associate to join their growing team.

The firm is composed of seasoned trial lawyers who represent plaintiffs and defendants in complex civil litigation. They pride themselves on being generalists and handle cases involving trade secrets, copyright, antitrust, employment, government inquiries, contracts, and more.

The founding partners hail from Big Law and have formed a boutique law firm environment that celebrates individuality and respects work-life balance.

This is an exciting time to join the firm, as they're in major growth mode. As an associate, you will have the opportunity to get hands-on experience from the start. Cases are leanly staffed and you are given early responsibility.

DETAILS

• There is no set billable hour requirement but the general guide is 1750 hours.
• Compensation for this role will range from $200k - $265k + bonus, depending on experience.
• Hybrid work schedule, with 3 days in the office.

QUALIFICATIONS

• 2-5 years of solid litigation experience (2019 J.D. or junior)
• Big Law experience preferred
• Clerkship is a plus
• Excellent academic credentials
• Excellent legal research and analytical skills
• Strong written and oral advocacy skills
