- Active and unrestricted CA RN or LVN license.
- Minimum of 6 months of training experience in rehabilitative and restorative nursing practices.
- MDS Certified is a plus.
- Skilled in PDPM.
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Capable of typing at least 50 words per minute.

Working under supervision and following established procedures and schedules, you will be responsible for receiving and entering information from the Minimum Data Set (MDS).
