Love where you work, love your surroundings Newberry County, nestled approximately 30 minutes away from the Greenville, Spartanburg and Columbia urban areas, is in close proximity to the mountains and the beaches and is a progressive, largely rural area with a sense of history, a feeling of community, and the stability of deeply established roots.
The Lab Assistant collects blood samples from patients required for the performance of laboratory tests as requested by the physician with the least possible discomfort to the patient with efficiency, performing all registration and procedure ordering in the lab.
Applicant must have a high school diploma or equivalent required. Must have certification to perform Lab Assistant functions. One year prior experience preferred.
