    Job Description:
    We are seeking a talented Compensation and Analytics Manager to join our team in Chicago.

    In this role, you will be responsible for managing compensation programs and conducting data analysis to drive informed decision-making across the firm.


    Key Responsibilities:
    Develop and manage compensation strategies, policies, and programs for all levels of staff, associates, and partners.
    Conduct regular analyses of compensation data to ensure alignment with market trends, internal equity, and business objectives.

    Collaborate with HR and finance teams to design and implement compensation structures, including salary ranges, bonus plans, and incentive programs.

    Partner with senior leadership to provide insights and recommendations on compensation-related matters.
    Lead the annual compensation review process, including merit increases, bonus allocations, and promotions.
    Prepare and present reports and presentations on compensation metrics, trends, and recommendations to key stakeholders.
    Stay informed about legal industry compensation trends, regulations, and best practices.

    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
    Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in compensation management, preferably in a legal or professional services environment.
    Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques.
    Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
    Demonstrated ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence decision-making at all levels of the organization.
    Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) designation is a plus.
