    Job Overview:


    We are looking for an experienced and passionate Food and Beverage Manager to oversee all aspects of our dining and beverage operations.

    The Food and Beverage Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to drive revenue growth, enhance guest satisfaction, and ensure operational efficiency in our food and beverage outlets.


    Key Responsibilities:


    Develop and implement strategic plans and initiatives to maximize revenue and profitability in the food and beverage department, including menu development, pricing strategies, and promotional activities.

    Oversee the day-to-day operations of all food and beverage outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquet facilities, and room service, ensuring high standards of service, quality, and cleanliness.

    Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate staff members in the food and beverage department, including chefs, servers, bartenders, and support staff, to ensure exceptional service and guest satisfaction.

    Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and distributors to ensure the availability of high-quality ingredients, products, and beverages.

    Monitor and analyze financial performance metrics, such as revenue, expenses, and profitability, and take appropriate action to address variances and achieve financial targets.

    Implement and enforce policies and procedures related to food safety, sanitation, and compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.

    Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and events, to coordinate food and beverage services for special events, conferences, and group bookings.

    Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement in our food and beverage offerings.


    Qualifications:
    Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Food Service Management, or related field preferred.
