    Position: Commercial Lender

    Responsibilities:

    Provide excellent customer service by building and maintaining strong relationships with clients

    Assess creditworthiness and evaluate financial statements to determine loan eligibility

    Develop and implement loan structures that meet both the needs of the client and the institution

    Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient loan processing and timely loan closings

    Maintain knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and compliance guidelines

    Essential Job Functions:

    Originate, underwrite, and close commercial loans

    Actively prospect and market to potential new clients

    Analyze credit risk and make informed lending decisions

    Monitor and manage existing loan portfolios

    Stay up-to-date on market conditions and identify new business opportunities

    Skills:

    5+ years of experience in commercial lending

    Strong knowledge of financial analysis and underwriting principles

    - Prior experience as a loan underwriter or credit analyst is MANDATORY.

    -Prior experience in preparation of loan memorandums for credit committee approval is also MANDATORY.

    - Formal Credit Training in your background is Desirable.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Proven track record of achieving loan production goals

    Familiarity with lending regulations and compliance standards

    Benefits:

    Competitive salary: $100,000 to $169,000
