The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting and consulting the Store Manager regarding overall operations and administrative duties. Is passionate about giving outstanding customer service and promoting the merchandise in stores.Assist the Store Manager in controlling assets of Hibbett I City Gear.
- Consults with Store Manager in establishing action plan to accomplish departmental responsibilities such as selling, restocking merchandising ordering scheduling.
- Schedules personnel tasks assignments ensuring high performance standards are maintained.
- Maintains inventory sales statistics expenses to ensure profitability while providing excellent customer service at all times maintaining open communication between departments employees management leadership team members company owners partners suppliers customers vendors clients stakeholders investors shareholders etc..
