*Cornerstone Montgomery – Director - Certified Community Behavioral Health Clinic**(CCBHC)

evidence based treatment experience to our consumers and practical training to our staff.

Our robust training program allows staff members to develop and grow in the position and

provides the basis for upward mobility within the agency.

The Director of CCBHC has overarching responsibility for all aspects of implementation of

the CCBHC model. This federal behavioral health program includes all services at the

organization except for residential beds. A SAMHSA grant funded position, the expectation

is that the required services will be continued and new services will be developed on site or

with a partnership outside the agency. This position supervises Program Managers including SUD coordinates CCBHC services across programs.

*Responsibilities of the Director - CCBHC*- Oversee operations of CCBHC programs, ensuring high quality services that meet the fidelity

of the model. Participates in current and future planning to ensure appropriate goal

development, implementation and outcomes

• Responsible for SAMHSA and CCBHC grant reporting and follow up. Coordinate with the

Data Analyst and QA Director on compliance and accreditation.

• Responsible for proper administration of budgets and financial oversight.
• Trains and assists staff in adhering to CCBHC policies and procedures, program regulations,

funding requirements, and accreditation standards. Collect, review, and evaluation

outcomes per federal and state regulations.

• Works closely with Chief Medical Officer and Chief Program Officer to ensure coordinated

delivery of high-quality clinical services and achieving productivity targets.

• Provides direct supervision to program managers and indirect supervision to others as

needed

• Represents Cornerstone Montgomery at meetings of mental health care providers and at

meetings with State and County agencies re: CCBHCs.

• Performs other duties as assigned.

*Qualifications of the Director - CCBHC*- Master's degree in social work or a related field.

• Minimum four (4) years of supervisory experience, including clinical supervisory experience.
• Fully licensed in his/her mental health profession. Experience in Evidenced Based Practices

working with adults with serious and persistent mental illness, co-occurring disorders and

residential services preferred.

• Experience working with SAMHSA and/or FQHC/CCBHC strongly preferred.
