- Ability to negotiate contract and subcontract agreements for DoD contract performance.
- Assess contractor performance to identify the need for amendments of existing contracts.
- Review and assess contracts and contract modifications between the company and DoD clients.
- Prepare and modify subcontracts between the company and subcontractors/vendors.
- Maintain contract portal files for procurement requests, funding documents, contracts, and all official correspondence.
- Serve as the main liaison with outside contracting representatives including the Contracting Officers (KO), Administrative Contracting Officers (ACO) and DCMA representatives.
- Research Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) to ensure contracts are updated and in compliance.
- Coordinate with clients to guarantee terms of contracts are fulfilled in compliance with the contract terms and regulations.
- Track all contract deliverables (CDRLs).
- Negotiate Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) and Teaming Agreements (TA) with potential industry partners.
- Be familiar with SAM.GOV data entry and compliance.
- Detailed-oriented with excellent technical, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement regulations, contract documents, and legal specifications.
- Outstanding negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to resolve client complaints and concerns.
- ACTIVE CLEARANCE LEVEL REQUIRED: Secret
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- At least ten (10) years of experience required.
- Be independently mobile.
- Communicate effectively with co-workers and customers.
- Withstand prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and computer use.
