    Republic Finance is seeking an Operations Specialist to join our growing Call Center Operations team This role will report directly to the Central Operations Supervisor and support various centralized operations processes as assigned. These may include Account Settlements, managing Potential Charge Off accounts, Speciality Account Coding, filing and processing Claims, and Account Maintenance. The Operations Specialist is an in-office Monday-Friday, 8/9am-5/6pm role with a starting base pay of $35,000 (paid hourly), base pay varies depending on experience. This position also receives a performance based monthly bonus earning up to $600

    In this capacity, the individual will play an integral role in supporting our branch network, providing outstanding customer service, and producing quality work within our established service level agreements. Oversight responsibilities include adherence to all applicable regulations and company policies. You will work closely with compliance, audit, legal, and other key partners who may be both internal and external to the organization. As a key member of the Centralized Operations team, you have an opportunity to grow within the company Job responsibilities are as follows:

    • Verify Judgments and Reschedule Accounts
    • Charging Accounts Off at Month End within Policy
    • Reviewing Potential Charge Off Accounts for potential SVP holds.
    • Verify Attorney Representation and negotiate arrangements and/or settlement offers to Attorney Firms.
    • Negotiate Customer initiated settlements.
    • Prepare and file Insurance Claims.
    • Monitory Deceased Customers and file Probate Claims.
    • Validate SCRA reduction requests by customers.
    • Account re-writes and speciality account coding within CRM.
    • Support auto repossession activity and monitor asset work flow.
    • Ensure all assigned accounts are worked timely and within SLA.
    • Handles third party, branch and customer communications with professionalism.
    • Follow all policies, procedures and relevant federal/state laws and regulations including Fair Debt Collections Practices Act, Telephone Consumer Protections Act, Privacy Act and Federal Information Security Management Act
    Requirements:
    • 1-2 years Republic Finance branch experience or applicable experience in a centralized operations environment and/or call center experience.
    • Experience servicing accounts types listed above.
    • Strong understanding of centralized operations work-flow management.
    • Detailed understanding of Call Center operations.
    • Strong communication and writing skills.
    • An individual who takes a lead by example approach in working with team members.
