About the Job:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Director of Housing to join our team at Elim Shores in Eden Prairie, MN. As a leader in senior living communities, we offer a fun and family-first culture that values work-life balance. If you're ready for a change of pace that allows you to utilize your leadership skills in a supportive environment with exceptionally low staff turnover and no pool or agency usage, we encourage you to apply.The ideal candidate will have at least one to two years of previous experience in housing or property management, ideally working with aging adults. A BA degree related to long-term care or housing is preferred.
