    Title: Bilingual Benefits Specialist

    Location: San Antonio, Texas

    Position Type: Full-time

    Job Description:

    We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Benefits Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have specialized knowledge in ESOP, Pensions, Retirement, and 401(k) management. As a Benefits Specialist, you will play a critical role in administering and managing employee benefits programs, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and providing exceptional customer service to our employees.

    Responsibilities:

    Administer and manage employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and other employee perks.

    Serve as the main point of contact for employees regarding benefits-related inquiries and issues, providing timely and accurate information.

    Collaborate with HR team members to ensure accurate benefits enrollment and changes.

    Conduct benefits orientation sessions for new hires, explaining available benefits and assisting with enrollment processes.

    Assist with the development and implementation of benefits policies and procedures.

    Stay updated on changes in benefits regulations and industry trends, ensuring compliance with legal requirements.

    Provide support during open enrollment periods, including communication and education efforts.

    Coordinate with external vendors, such as insurance providers and retirement plan administrators, to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.

    Prepare and distribute benefits-related communications to employees, including newsletters, announcements, and updates.

    Requirements:

    Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

    4+ years of experience in benefits administration, with a focus on ESOP, Pensions, Retirement, and 401(k) management.

    Bilingual proficiency in Spanish.

    Strong understanding of benefits regulations and compliance requirements.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

    Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

    Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.

    Proficiency in HRIS and benefits administration software.
