    Hillstone is looking for passionate leaders who excel in fast-paced environments and have a sharp attention to detail. Candidates should have a strong interest in restaurants, hospitality, food, and top-notch service. Our dynamic work environment sets you up for a successful career in the hospitality industry.

    • Managers will undergo a comprehensive training program that encourages self-directed learning and a keen interest in the intricacies of restaurant operations.
    • The training duration varies based on prior experience but typically lasts around 8 weeks. During this time, you will work in various staff-level positions in both the dining area and kitchen, receiving guidance from training staff and the management team.
    • We welcome individuals from diverse backgrounds and industries. While expertise is not required from day one, you will have ample opportunities early on to showcase your skills.
    • We strive to develop well-rounded restaurant professionals with strong business acumen. Successful managers can progress to the General Manager role within a few years.

    Performance-based compensation is a key focus at Hillstone, with many General Managers earning upwards of $200,000 annually. This lucrative compensation structure underscores our commitment to recognizing hard work and valuable contributions.

    Hillstone operates nationwide, so flexibility regarding relocation is essential.

    We seek team members who are dedicated to upholding high standards and delivering exceptional service consistently. Ideal candidates thrive in a close-knit environment, excel at fostering relationships, and prioritize delivering excellence.

    Starting salaries range from $85,000 to $95,000, based on experience, with benefits including paid time off and a comprehensive health insurance package.

    Qualifications

    Relocation flexibility is required due to the nationwide presence of Hillstone restaurants.
