Salary Ranges: $18.50 to $24.00 per hour for Lead Teacher Qualified Candidates
&
$16.70 to $22.00 per hour for Assistant Candidates.

Our Hiring Process
If you're a match for the role, we'll reach out to schedule a phone interview. Strong candidates will be invited for an in-person interview at the school. You'll hear from us within 48 hours of your interview.
This location operates year-round, Monday–Friday, 7:00AM – 6: 00PM.

What will you do?
- Your daily responsibilities will include:
- Managing classroom needs to support children's well-being
- Nurturing a love of learning through a child-centered approach with social-emotional, STEAM, and nature-based activities.
- As an educator, maintaining regular communication with families is essential to fostering collaborative growth.
Qualifications:
- Must pass required state and company background checks.
- Must have a high school diploma, GED, or be enrolled in classes.
- EEC teacher certification or requirements completed to be submitted for review (for roles requiring EEC Certification).
- Adhere to all company policies and EEC regulations.
- Ability to stand, move, run, and play for most of the day.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds multiple times a day.
