LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering on the hiring of a Director of Development for a startup, creative based nonprofit organization located in Seattle, WA.

The selected individual will be a member of the management team and will be responsible for building out programs and fundraising efforts.

This position requires someone with experience developing relationships with individuals, corporations and foundations; a passion for the arts is highly desired.

This role is fully remote.


Responsibilities include:

Create and develop new program initiatives to build long-term financial stabilityIdentify and prospect fundraising efforts through market research, referrals, existing clients, and networkingCollaborate with high level management and board members on increasing value propositionsWrite effective, successful company communications to internal and external audiencesQualifications needed: 5+ years experience building out programs and/or business operations3+ years of progressive experience in sales, outreach, fundraising or membership development, with a proven track record of success.

Experience creating outreach and engagement strategyStrong communication skills and proven track record of interaction with community business leadersProficient in MS Office Suite and CRM databasesA passion for the arts and creative ventures highly desiredThis role offers medical, dental, vision, 401k match, PTO and WFH reimbursement.

Pay Details:
