This position is for a D365 Technical Architect supporting the Sales, Customer Service, Field Service and Project Services implementation.
Collaborates with Product Owners, Functional Architects and Development teams that work within the related Delivery teams.Primarily engages with the delivery teams on current development initiatives from a design and implementation perspective.
Also contributes to efforts to strengthen the application development infrastructure
Helps shape the technical strategy for the applications within the D365 domain.
Analyzes business needs and user requirements to design and implement application solutions using the D365/Xrm platform, Azure components, and other integration-related toolsets (SSIS, WebServices).
Stays up-to-date with the latest best practices and standards in the D365 and Azure platform.Work closely with delivery teams in an agile development environment, ensuring proper implementation and adoption of solutions.
Drive testability (including automated testing, unit testing and user acceptance testing) and operational readiness in solution designs.
Create designs that promote methods of configuration for agility and responsiveness.
Conduct design and code reviews to maintain development quality.
Ensure compliance with data security, licensing, and resource usage requirements.
Assist in planning for and adopting of Microsoft's major and minor releases to maximize platform utilization.
Summarize and communicate findings at an executive level
5-15 years of relevant work experience
Minimum 3 years' experience with MS Dynamics 365 or related platforms
Experience in business analysis
Experience working with a highly customized application
Experience with Mobile App Development, CRM portals and Data Migration
Experience with Azure components such as Function Apps, Service Bus and Logic Apps
Experience with SQL and Stored Procedures
Education/Training:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent required
Creative problem-solving abilities and flexibility.
This position is preferred to be hybrid in Lexington, KY, but will consider remote. Relocation assistance will not be offered for this role.
