    Description

    The Bath Aide role at Good Samaritan is a fulfilling opportunity to provide high-quality care and service in a Christian environment. The position involves serving as caregiver to residents during scheduled work periods, providing nursing care and daily living assistance under the supervision of registered nurses.

    Key responsibilities include assisting with basic health needs, such as bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining and recording vital signs. Additionally, the NA aids providers and nursing staff members with procedures if needed.

    Prior clinical or nursing assistant experience in long-term care is preferred. Required certifications include Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification with the State Board of Nursing or state certified CNA within four months of date into the position by being enrolled in a training program or in the process of obtaining certification through Endorsement.
