    Overview

    We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Learning Program Manager to join us to support the management of a learning program for our Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) organization within the Cloud Operations and Innovation (CO+I) team. In this role, you will be responsible for working with stakeholders to curate role-specific training content, schedule and manage the learning calendar, design and govern the organization's learning resources, and reviewing/managing learning requests to ensure a cohesive and effective learning environment.

    Responsibilities
    • Program Planning and Development: Develop and manage learning intake process, ensuring alignment with organizational goals, and learning objectives. Coordinate with subject matter experts and the CO+I Learning and Development team to develop customized learning solutions. Gathers information across a variety of inputs to contribute to and develop planning and integration efforts of the EPC Learning program. Promotes learning objectives and outcomes using a learner-centric approach. Determines how to best apply resources available across multiple teams to execute on the plan.
    • Program Execution: Supports the implementation of core learning programs across teams. Works with subject matter experts to continuously improve content and programs through collecting, examining, and incorporating 360-degree feedback and data to make content adjustments. Implements and executes tactically on multiple learning components of the learner journey. Maps the necessary points of engagement with relevant stakeholders to enable program and content execution and address operational needs.
    • Learning Calendar Management: Develop and manage a comprehensive learning calendar, coordinating training sessions, workshops, and events to align with organizational objectives. Collaborate with various departments to schedule and optimize learning opportunities.
    • Learning Training and Resources Governance and Design: Design and maintain the EPC Learning SharePoint site and other learning resources, ensuring user friendly, aligns with the organization's brand and accessibility guidelines, and best practices. Implement governance policy, including leveraging Power Automate, to organize, categorize, and update content regularly.
    • Program Success Analysis and Metrics: Assesses how learning programs and content are being consumed by stakeholders. Uses internal and external tools and business intelligence (BI) systems to pull appropriate data with minimal assistance and in partnership with relevant BI teams. Independently evaluates and analyzes effectiveness of programs by evaluating learning survey analyses, including program metrics (e.g., user satisfaction, participation in the deliverable), return on investment (ROI), and behavior change. Shares key performance indicators (KPIs) with relevant stakeholders. Leverages a solid understanding of the competition and landscape to improve company offerings.
    • Stakeholder Collaboration: Identifies and develops relationships with key stakeholders across the EPC to represent their learning-related needs. Collects feedback from stakeholders to identify and act on key objectives. Leverages working knowledge of local/regional perspectives and champions diversity and inclusion initiatives with multiple teams of learning stakeholders. Communicates learning and development approaches to leaders and stakeholders to educate them on learning solutions.
    • Library and Information Management: Executes and improves upon the collection, recording, organization, storage, preservation, retrieval, writing, and dissemination processes of digital information across audiences. Leads process development of tools used in content management (e.g. SharePoint) that facilitate the user experience through the discovery, access, and delivery of content. Develops and manages learning resources and works with stakeholders to further develop learning resource content.

    Qualifications

    Required Qualifications
    • Vocational qualification or higher education degree (e.g., Bachelor's Degree) AND/OR 2+ years experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, field or sales, HR, customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
      • OR Master's Degree or equivalent AND/OR 1+ year(s) experience in Learning and Development, relevant technical roles, business development, quota management, human resources (HR), customer success, collection management, research/restoration evaluation, industry, or program/project management
      • OR equivalent experience.
    • 1+ years' experience working with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC)
    Other Requirements:

    The ability to meet Microsoft, customer and/or government security screening requirements are required for this role. These requirements include, but are not limited to the following specialized security screenings:
    • Microsoft Cloud Background Check: This position will be required to pass the Microsoft Cloud background check upon hire/transfer and every two years thereafter.
    Preferred Qualifications
    • Microsoft Fundamentals, Coaching (e.g., International Coaching Federation), Project and/or Program Management Professional, archival, or a similar certificate.
    • Demonstrates commitment to career development and continuous or consistent learning through formal and informal efforts (e.g., change management, design thinking, management training, online courses).
    • Experience in crafting and implementing learning programs tailored to the specific requirements of the EPC industry.
    • Ability to act as a learning thought leader and strategic thinker to partner with stakeholders across a range of levels and organizations.
    • Proficiency in curriculum design, including the ability to create engaging and effective learning materials.
    • Data-oriented, analytical and detail oriented, capable of developing and using models for optimization purposes yet balanced with an ability to be able to step back from the data to draw out the right business approach for conclusion.
    • Change oriented, actively generates process improvements; champions and drives change initiatives; confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly.
    Integrated Learning IC4 - The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $91,800 - $178,800 per year. There is a different range applicable to specific work locations, within the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, and the base pay range for this role in those locations is USD $117,900 - $195,000 per year.
