    Job DescriptionMonday - Friday 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM

    General Description
    This position is responsible for the day-to-day testing of finished goods, also to follow all requirements of ISO 13485:2003 and FDA 21 CFR 820 under the direction of the Quality Assurance Manager.

    Duties/Responsibilities
    • Responsible for the day-to-day testing in the quality lab.
    • Monitor quality of goods going through lab, and then write Non-Conforming Report (NCR) for non-conforming material.
    • Monitor customer complaint NCR's & CAR's, review products returned and evaluate the causes and report findings.
    • Execute frequency of quality checks and give recommendations for changes.
    • Ensure non-conforming material is located only in the HOLD AREA.
    • Run and maintain laboratory equipment.
    • Actively participates in department Quality meetings and Lean initiatives
    • All other duties as assigned.
    Qualification Requirements
    • High School Diploma
    • 2-3 years manufacturing experience required
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office, primarily Word and Excel, strongly preferred
    Mental/Physical DemandSeeing general, close vision, color perception, hearing/listening, standing, walking, typing, sitting, clear speech-simple, touching-hand-finger, works alone, works with others, verbal contact with others, face-to-face contact, shift work, extended day, reading-simple, writing-simple, analyzing, memorization, math skills, judgment, clerical, decision making, perceptions/comprehension, computer, keyboard, calculator.
