PRODUCTION SPECIALIST
Description
Assists in executing the product life cycle through accurate data entry, timely follow up and office support.
Accountabilities

OFFICE SUPPORT
Owns sending, processing and receiving packages
May support calendars
Physically manages and organizes all samples
Maintains team workspace and sample room
Assists with meeting set up and take down
Key stakeholder in on-time sample turn ins for photo studio needs

PRODUCTION
Expert in product lifecycle management tools (OnePLM, OPA, ragnarok) processes, reporting, and sample requests
Helps prepares submits for review and files post meetings if needed
May support purchase order management
Accessories/Footwear
Executes style set up and maintenance
Creates Seasonal Fwtr Style name list and partners with Legal for approval prior to set up
PROBLEM SOLIVING & ANALYSIS
Maintain office processes
Prioritize business critical needs
Elevate issues that potentially impact business results
Understand who the decision maker is and partner accordingly

COMMUNICATION
Maintain timely and accurate communication
Attend CFT meetings as appropriate
Responsible for executing packaging requests and workamajig inputs
Packaging release/approvals
Ensure packaging compliance against OPA and sustainability playbook
Responsible for setting vendor expectations and vendor communication
Skills & Experience

REQUIRED
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Drive Office Suite
