- Has 3+ years of experience in project or construction management
- Can coordinate multiple jobs and crews without getting frazzled
- Is a confident communicator - calm under pressure, assertive when needed
- Embraces responsibility, follows through, and takes initiative
- Is tech-comfortable (you'll be using CRM and job management tools)
- Lives locally and is reliable with transportation
- Feels aligned with our mission: to serve people with excellence and care
- Bonus if you speak Spanish - but it's not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Some college, trade schooling, or a strong "lifelong learner" mindset is highly valued
- Customer service or account management experience preferred.
