Responsibilities

As an SLP, you will work to improve patients' communication and swallowing skills to enhance their independence and quality of life. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing treatment plans tailored to patient needs.

  • Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.

  • Educating families and staff on patient care strategies.

  • Acting as a clinical preceptor for students or new staff as required.

Requirements

  • Education: Master's or Doctorate degree in Speech-Language Therapy.
