    2nd SHIFT SANITIATION LEAD OPENING

    ***Must have HACCP and Food Manufacturing Experience*** 2nd shift 3pm-1130pm

    MUST BE OPEN TO WORKING WEEKENDS

    Additional Skills & Qualifications:

    • Experience in Food Manufacturing and/or Food Services
    • Leadership/Supervisory Experience
    • Experience with process improvement
    • Ability to manage a team, while remaining hands on
    • Getting to the root cause of sanitation issues
    • HS Diploma/GED
    • Able to lift up to 75lb repeatedly during an entire shift

    Description:

    • Leading a crew of approximately 28 sanitation associates
    • Hands on position that requires detailed disassembly and assembly of large scale bakery production equipment.
    • Following master sanitation schedules
    • Responsible for supporting and assisting the Sanitation Supervisor
    • Train, Motivate and Ensure production and quality standards are being met
