    Role Description

    The Digital Analytics Specialist will play a critical role in analyzing digital data to uncover actionable insights, inform strategic decisions, and drive performance improvements across various digital platforms. This role requires a keen analytical mindset, proficiency in data interpretation, and the ability to translate findings into actionable recommendations.

    Responsibilities

    • Conducting audits, providing recommendations, and implementing digital analytics solutions, including configuring events aligned with key performance indicators (KPIs).
    • Leading the migration from UA system to GA4.
    • Creating filters and views to accurately analyze user flow and behaviors on the website.
    • Extracting business-level insights from defined metrics, configured objectives, and report interpretations.
    • Collaborating with clients to enhance their strategies.
    • Transforming data into actionable insights.
    • Optimizing web conversion processes and digital campaigns.
    • Translating clients' business needs into technical requirements for analysis tools.
    • Identifying relevant data related to users, conversion processes, and campaigns for assigned projects.
    • Developing hypotheses for A/B tests and analyzing results.
    • Presenting analysis conclusions effectively.
    • Coordinating tasks and collaborating with other departments.
    • Managing digital analytics projects and prioritizing tasks efficiently.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, ADE, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
    • 2-5 years of work experience in digital projects
    • Ability to translate business needs into web measurement tools.
    • Knowledge and experience in the use of digital analytics tools: GA, GA360, GA4, and valuable experience in other platforms such as Adobe).
    • Knowledge of BI (Tableau, Looker, and/or Power BI) to be able to work in complete harmony with the data department to give shape to the web analytics indicators.
    • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively communicate with both clients and team members.
    • Ability to work independently and remotely.

    Preferred Qualifications

    • Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • 5+ years of experience in analytics fordigital projects.
