Cleaner at Hawk Mtn. Lodge

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

-Responsible for the cleanliness of all guest rooms & common areas at properties (excluding venue).

-This includes lodging accommodations before, during and after guest stays.

- Work closely with Lead Cleaner and Lodging Manager

-Empty and disinfect trash receptacles and dispose of waste.

-Clean and sanitize toilets, showers/bathtubs, countertops, and sinks.

-Clean rugs, carpets, tile, outside decks, rubber & concrete floors.

-Wash down walls, windows, counters, tables and other fixtures.

-Collect, sort, wash and put away laundry, towels and linens.

-Collect, sort & transport recyclables (cans, bottles, and cardboard).

-Strip beds and place fresh linen on them, put out fresh towels.

-Replenish room supplies such as soap, shampoo, and toilet paper.

-Deliver any requested housekeeping items to guest rooms as needed.

-Realign furniture and amenities according to prescribed layout.

-Use cleaners & disinfectants according to manufacturer's specifications.

-Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management.

-Observe and report damage of inn property to management.

-Perform other tasks as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications: (Knowledge, Skills, Abilities):

-Skilled in providing outstanding customer service.

-High energy and stamina required.

-Able to prioritize job duties and manage time effectively.

-Able to work independently with little to no supervision.

-Engage in friendly communications with all guests and customers.

-Show extreme care about minute details, being precise and thorough.

-Must be able to read labels on chemicals and follow product directives.

-Must understand and follow workplace safety standards.
