Job Summary
We are seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team at The Ashford at Sturbridge. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the upkeep and maintenance of our community.The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience supervising teams and managing budgets.
Responsibilities include completing building work orders, maintaining equipment, performing daily inspections of assigned work areas,
and coordinating rehabbing units.
- Complete building work orders per Wallick policy.
- Maintain equipment.
