    We are currently seeking to hire a Director Of Sales Operations to join our team You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

    Sales Director

    Job Description:

    The ideal candidate is expected to embrace the company's overall growth plan while taking the lead in defining the overall assigned regional sales stratagem. The Corporate Sales Director is directly responsible for all sales activities within their respective territory.

    All serious applicants should understand all aspects of the Sales Cycle such as prospecting, business development, customer base expansion, how to close leads as well as be able to demonstrate excellent account and overall territory management skills.     Job Duties:

    1. Manage all aspects of operations for the Retail Office locations by utilizing Regional Management and act as the main Corporate representative in terms of giving direction and maintaining structure.

    Including but not limited to

    · Oversee and coordinate the sales team activities

    · Establish sales territories, quotas, and goals for the sales team

    · Analyze sales statistics to identify areas of improvement

    · Track results and trends regularly for business forecasting

    · Report on team and individual performance

    · Develop and execute innovative sales strategies

    · Build and form new partnerships with potential clients

    2. Ensure that the Regional Managers are engaged in with the various office Managers and Shift Leads at each location within their respective regions and ultimately hold them accountable for items such as Scheduling, Office Production, Bond Execution procedures, and Staff Management.

    3. Develop Customer Service procedures to ensure relationship building with clients with the goal of securing referrals, repeat business and increased market share.

    4. The Sales Director should also work with and train Regional Management to consistently facilitate the resolution of all customer issues and complaints within the assigned area.

    5. Work with the Corporate Executive team to:

    · Define Strategic Market Segments, Propose and implement strategies to expand

    revenue and accounts within assigned territory.

    · Pursue Regional opportunities that are consistent with the company's approach and

    capabilities to expand and secure business.

    6. Keep all Retail offices motivated and focused on Sales Goals as well as coach and mentor Regional Managers on how to close company-generated leads.

    7. Working with regional Management, the Sales Director is expected to be proactive in training each location in how to independently prospect, qualify, and develop new customers outside of the company-generated pipeline, to generate revenue independently.

    Qualifications:

    · Must have a consistent track record of both reaching and exceeding sales goals, with prior success developing new territories.

    · Demonstrated Analytical Problem Solver with excellent Verbal and Written Communication skills

    · Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and be willing to continuously solve problems, and execute strategies, plans, and solutions.

    Requirements:

    · The candidate for Bail Agent must obtain, and keep current a Resident Department of Insurance Property / Casualty Limited Lines License for Fidelity / Surety Insurance.

    · Must maintain a notary commission, as well as have a valid driver's license.

    · Must maintain a personal vehicle.

    · Must maintain an open and flexible schedule

    · Travel will be required by up 75%
