    purchased Progressive in 2004 who helped to expand the site which has doubled its manufacturing footprint and more than doubled sales and employee base.

    In January 2022 Progressive merged with ADI, Aerospace Dynamics Inc. and now ADI Progressive is one of the largest footprints within the Aerostructures Division of PCC.


    Predominantly, a provider for large, highly complex machined parts, kits and assemblies for OEMs and large Tier One providers for both military and commercial market segments.

    Progressive is a 140,000 square foot facility.


    At the direction of the Quality Supervisor, the Quality Inspector - Level 1 will train to develop the ability to use predetermined methods, operations, setups, and prescribed specifications to perform in-process and completed inspection of products such as machined parts, mechanical assemblies, processed parts, and purchased standard hardware.

    They also perform verifications of part identification and configurations. The Quality Inspector - Level 1 will arrange inspection queues to identify priority work.

    5 and common inspection measuring equipment, including, but not limited to, surface plates, micrometers, height gages, radius gages, protractors, profilometers, bore gauges, and dial indicators as necessary to complete assignments.

    Quality Inspector - Level 1 will demonstrate blueprint reading and basic math skills, basic PC skills, including Microsoft Office and the ability to use ERP systems after instruction.

    The Quality Inspector - Level 1 will report to the Quality Supervisor.

    Basic Visual Inspection
    Use of Inspection Tools (such as, but not limited to):Height Gauges, Calipers, Micrometers, Pin Gauge, Depth Gauge, Small Hole Gauge, Weight Scale, Compass/Protractor, Inter-mic, Radius Gauge, Telescopic Gauge, Feeler Gauge, Bore Scope Gauge, Countersink Gauge

    Productivity & QualityBasic Shop Math
    Use of the Non-Conformance "NCR" Database and tagging/identifying Non-Conforming Parts

    Basic Shop Math
    Familiarity with CMM Inspection and PC-DMIS (Basic to Intermediate Experience)
    Ability to use Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
