    Description

    We are seeking a friendly and customer-focused Laundry Attendant to join our team at our Laundromat.

    The ideal candidate will have a passion for delivering exceptional customer service, be able to multitask, and work well in a fast-paced environment.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Greet customers and provide assistance with our Wash, Dry, Fold laundry process
    • Troubleshoot issues with our machines and resolve customer concerns
    • Sell laundry supplies and maintain the cleanliness of the front desk area
    • Operate our 2ULaundry drop off system for customers who need their laundry washed, dried, and folded

    Requirements:

    • Previous customer-facing customer service experience preferred
    • Bilingual in English & Spanish is a plus but not required
    • Prior experience working in a laundromat is an asset
    • Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills
    • Ability to stand for 6-8 hour shifts
