- Care coordination, navigating patient care from diagnosis to delivering care and referrals.
- Evaluate and assess each patient on a case-by-case basis and establish a plan of care based on the individual needs of each case.
- Obtains and reviews laboratory results to determine if they are within an acceptable range as set by practice.
- Develop or revise plan of care based on assessment data and consult with other members of the healthcare team.
- Make appropriate referrals or consultations in collaboration with the multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrates an ongoing, careful assessment of patient.
- Verifies that chemotherapy plans and orders are clearly and concisely written and verified before administration.

- Oncology Nursing Society (ONS) Chemotherapy and Biotherapy Provider card required.
- American Heart Association or American Red Cross BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Minimum one year of relevant nursing experience required.
- Per diem positions available, varied shifts.
- Starting wage $53.52 to $57.30 based on qualifications.
