    Description

    Job Description

    Responsible for processing outgoing product through tracking system and preparing packages for shipment. Duties include assembling, addressing, verifying, and recording product and shipping information.

    KEY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Pulls boxed order from conveyor and scans on UPS or USPS for label printing.
    • Matches printout label to boxed label for accuracy.
    • Places labeled box onto pallet and moves it to staging area for distribution.
    • Generates daily reports and coordinates shipments with carriers.
    • Prepares skids of product as per customer requirements and loads trucks.
    • Handles international mail and related paperwork.
    • Works with leadership to resolve delivery issues and contacts technical support if needed.

    Qualifications

    EDUCATION

    • High school diploma or equivalent

    EXPERIENCE

    • A. Checking B. Speed - Average C. Accuracy - Above Average D. Numerical skills – Above Average E. Reading Comprehension D. Computer Skills – Above Average

    COMMUNICATION AND CONTACTS

    A. Build strong relationships with carriers, communicate with coworkers, managers, and supervisors.

    OTHER

    Must be physically capable for an 8-hour shift, lift 20 lbs regularly, and up to 40 lbs occasionally. No supervisory responsibilities.

    Additional Information

    Hourly Pay Rate: $17.00/hourly + $1.75 shift differential

    Part-Time: 28 hours a week

    The total compensation will vary based on skill level, experience, and responsibilities.
