The ideal candidate will have 2 or more years of experience in a high volume, guest-facing Sushi Chef role and knowledge of Japanese cuisine and cooking technique, along with fish fabrication. You will serve as a vital member of our team to enrich the culinary and service experience for our guests. We offer gainful employment as well as great opportunities to grow with the organization long-termUpon completion of training, Sushi Chefs will earn a base wage of $25-30 per hour (base pay of $11-$14/hr plus tips), depending on experience and rate of progression within our company.
