This is a full-time on-site position located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
As a Freelance Sales Advisor, you will engage customers, offer personalized product recommendations, and deliver exceptional customer service to drive sales and build client relationships.
You will assist in organizing in-store events, educate customers on REFY's innovative product offerings, and ensure a welcoming and seamless shopping experience for all.
Collaborating with team members and providing training on product knowledge and sales strategies will be key parts of this role.
QualificationsStrong interpersonal skills and ability to build strong relationships with customers and team members
Effective communication skills to engage with customers and present product information clearly
Proven experience in customer service and a passion for delivering outstanding service
Sales expertise with the ability to meet and exceed targets
Experience in training and mentoring others to enhance team performance
Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with a passion for beauty or retail industries
Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced retail environment in the San Francisco Bay Area
Previous experience in the beauty or cosmetics industry is a plus
