    Description:Lockheed Martin's Missiles and Fire Control (MFC) business, the leading provider and pioneer for superior weapon systems, sensors and services is seeking a Program Security Manager to join the security team in Grand Prairie, TX.

    This position is for a Security Manager to oversee a Special Access Program (SAP) environment supporting multiple customer agency SAP.

    Manage multiple functional areas to include Operational Security, Security Education, Personnel Security, Access Control and Document Control in accordance with DoDM Volumes 1-4.

    Selected Candidate will provide Special Access Program Support and the overall execution and management of all contractual SAP security requirements.

    Position will be responsible for employee recruitment and training, performance management, work assignments, recognition, and disciplinary actions, etc. This leader will also be responsible for ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.


    Applies business-minded and risk-managed solutions to security issues and business challenges and communicates observations and recommendations to leadership ad enterprise business partners.

    Develops and obtains approvals for multiple plans in support of new test environments and labs being constructed on site.

    Basic Qualifications:

    • Bachelors degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
    • 10 years of corporate, government, or military experience with SAP
    • 5 years of progressive levels of leadership experience
    • Change management experience and processdiscipline skillsets
    • Knowledge and experience implementing the 32 Code of Federal Regulation Part 117, National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DoD Volumes 14 and ICD 705.
    • The ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive, and riskmanaged security recommendations, based on limited and or conflicting information, is also essential, as is the ability to thrive and build relationships both within the corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners
    • Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills
    • Final Top Secret security clearance with a background investigation performed within the last six years

    • Interface with Executive Leadership in support of ongoing operations and new business opportunities.
    • Work collaboratively with other entities and manage projects and subordinate assignments simultaneously within very timesensitive environments
    • Motivate, inspire and grow subordinate Security Team Members
    • Build and maintain effective relationships both within and corporation and externally with government customers and suppliers
    • Be selfdriven and resultsoriented, capable of effectively working multiple tasks concurrently
    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Top Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
