Join a group of passionate advocates on our mission to improve the lives of youth Rite of Passage Team is hiring for a Case Manager at Sierra Sage Treatment Center in Yerington Nevada.
Sierra Sage Treatment Center offers residential treatment for young women in a safe supportive nurturing environment Through accredited education vocational training and a normalized high school experience our youth women are given the skills they need to overcome the effects of abuse neglect trauma substance abuse mental illness and violence so they can make healthy choices for themselves and their futures.
Responsibilities
- Administrating developing and facilitating the completion of case plans and treatment programs in accordance with the requests of the placing agency and the needs of each student on their caseload.
- Serves as a liaison between the client parents/legal guardian and placing agency officials Completes required reports
