- Strategic Alignment: Partner with business units to identify essential competencies and strategic goals for all training engagements.
- SMART Objectives: Establish specific, measurable metrics for all programs and implement evaluation frameworks to gauge tangible impact on organizational performance.
- Liaison: Serve as the primary bridge between the business and training teams, securing buy-in for global initiatives.
- Project Leadership: Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of project initiatives, including risk mitigation, resource management, and timely delivery.
- Instructional Design: Expertise in adult learning theories and engaging content creation.
- Analytical Thinking: Ability to evaluate training effectiveness using qualitative and quantitative data.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and e-learning tools such as Articulate 360/Storyline, Adobe Captivate, Vyond, Camtasia, and LMS platforms.
- User-Centric Design: Strong focus on creating accessible, impactful, and learner-centered content.
- Communication: Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills to influence strategic decisions.
- Experience: 3-5 years in Learning and Development, specifically designing and evaluating programs in a corporate or global environment.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Education, Instructional Design, Business, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Certifications: ATD, CPTM, or LPI certifications are highly desirable. PMP or PRINCE2 is a plus.
- Flexibility: This role may include direct facilitation of training sessions as needed.
