We are seeking a full-time Clinic/Practice Assistant to work onsite at our Gastroenterology practice located at 55 Highland Avenue in Salem, MA.About The Opportunity
The position is responsible for appointment and procedure scheduling, patient message intake, and triage support. Call volume averages 30–40 calls per day.
- Performs both administrative and clinical functions to support smooth and efficient clinical service or practice operations under general supervision.
- Makes patient appointments and maintains appointment records.
- Greet[s]and assist[s]patients.
