    Duties



    Located at the Designation and Sentence Computation Center (DSCC) for the Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP).

    Provides clerical, administrative and technical support for a team of DSCC staff, working independently under the direct supervision of the Operations Manager.

    Establishes and creates files/records and filing systems for inmate records.

    Operates a web-based program designed for designation processes involving U.S. Probation Office (USPO), U.S. Marshals Service (USMS), and the Bureau of Prisons (Capture).

    Fields questions from institutions, residential re-entry centers, regional office, Judges, Probation Officers, USMS, inmate families, and the general public regarding sensitive information.
