- We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented National Accounts Receivable Manager to join our finance team.
- The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing accounts receivable processes, with a focus on utilizing Billtrust as our primary billing system.
- Oversee the entire accounts receivable process, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in billing customers through Billtrust.
- Demonstrate proficiency in using Billtrust as the primary billing system and coordinating billing processes through Coupa, OBS, SAP Ariba, and similar tools to optimize workflows.
- Coordinate with sales and service teams to generate accurate and timely customer invoices through Billtrust, Coupa, OBS, and SAP Ariba.
- Ensure seamless integration of accounts receivable processes with Billtrust as the primary billing system and platforms such as Coupa, OBS, SAP Ariba, and others.
- o Provide insights and analysis, leveraging Billtrust and other platforms, to senior management for decision-making purposes.
- In-depth knowledge of Billtrust, Coupa, OBS, SAP Ariba, and other accounts receivable platforms.
