We are looking for Local resources within Michigan who can support from the client location.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaboration and Cooperation:
Foster cooperation and collaboration among Brand, Department, Division, Group, and Corporate management, business leaders, stakeholders, and ITPO regarding the Connected Services Program.
Uptime and Availability:
Ensure the uptime and availability of the client's Connected Services telematics solution and its supporting applications.
Team Leadership:
Coach, mentor, develop, and lead a high-performing development team capable of delivering results through agile iterative development methodologies for solving complex technical and business challenges.
Reporting:
Report progress to senior executives regarding individual projects and the overall program.
Budget Management:
Participate in creating project budgets, prepare cost estimates, manage program budgets, and ensure financial performance aligns with policy.
Project Management:
Prioritize, plan, and track project progress using independent judgment and discretion in overall project management.
Technical Solutions:
Lead technical decisions and solutions aligned with ITIL standards to minimize business impacts and ensure achievement of uptime and stability SLAs.
Coordination:
Interface with application developers to coordinate systems implementation and releases, providing high-quality service to business customers.
Product Vision:
Collaborate with Product Management and business owners to define the Product Vision and strategies for managing incoming data.
Agile Expertise:
Demonstrate expert knowledge and practical experience in Agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban), execution of Agile ceremonies and events, Agile artifacts, and proficiency in Agile tools such as Confluence, JIRA, Visio, and Azure Dev Ops.
Team Management:
Manage a cross-functional team of Developers, Analysts, DevOps, and QA resources, ensuring alignment with prioritized program roadmap targets and Release Management processes.
Risk Management:
Manage multiple high-profile projects, mitigate risks, escalate and resolve roadblocks, and provide transparency and tracking of project progress and deliverables.
Leadership and Communication:
Demonstrate exceptional leadership and communication skills to foster team collaboration, cultivate cohesive IT/Business partnerships, and oversee the delivery of high-quality software.
Education:
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
