- Strategic Account Targeting: Collaborate with the Sales and Marketing Teams to develop targeted lists of prospective accounts, strategically prospecting new accounts.
- Lead Qualification and Advancement: Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest, and qualify inbound leads to transition them from Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) to Sales Qualified Leads (SQL), creating sales-ready opportunities.
- Outbound Engagement: Skillfully convey Inn-Flow's unique value propositions to the hospitality industry, demonstrating how our software solutions specifically address the challenges faced by hoteliers. Utilize targeted messaging and outreach strategies to engage potential clients, ensuring that our communications are tailored to the unique needs and pain points of hotel financial and labor management.
- CRM and Reporting: Utilize HubSpot to track leads, manage campaigns, and provide detailed reporting on pipeline development, effectively moving leads through the sales funnel to meet and exceed individual quotas.
- Sales Development Experience: 1-3 years of experience in sales development, business development, or related fields, with a strong focus on prospecting, lead generation, and sales funnel management.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a variety of stakeholders.
- Lead Management: Strong initiative and adeptness at qualifying leads and generating SQLs, using CRM tools, particularly HubSpot.
- Goal-Oriented: Eager to meet and exceed goals and quotas, with a strong focus on the effective transition of leads from MQL to SQL.
- Sales Funnel Expertise: Demonstrated ability to understand and navigate complex sales processes, with a keen focus on advancing leads within the sales funnel.
- SaaS Knowledge: Prior experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in roles that involve navigating complex sales cycles and managing CRM tools effectively.
