    Clinical Nurse Manager, Medical Oncology
    Evanston Hospital

    Full Time/Part Time:
    Full Time, 40 hr/wk

    Required Travel:
    Ability to travel to other sites as needed
    Current professional Nursing Licensure in the state of IL required.
    Bachelor's degree in Nursing required. Master's degree in Nursing, Business or a Healthcare related discipline preferred.

    Certification:
    BLS/CPR certification required, ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate required, National certification preferred in Medical Surgical or another specialty.
    Acute care inpatient Medical Oncology experience preferred.

    Hold 24/7 accountability and responsibility for the professional nursing practice, professional development, performance improvement initiatives, daily operations, and fiscal management for the assigned clinical unit.

    Adhere to all regulatory compliance bodies.
    Create a departmental environment that is therapeutic which promotes engagement with our nursing and multidisciplinary teams.
    Establishes constructive partnerships with peers to promote loyalty for patients, families, nursing, physicians, and employees.
    Positively contributing to safety outcomes and promoting high quality patient experience.
    Leads unit and department quality initiatives using research and evidence-based practice.
    Promotes the development of critical thinking skills of all unit personnel through appreciate inquiry.
