    Responsibilities

    Individual must have previous experience and comprehensive understanding of medical patient office procedures, inclusive of front end/back end processes, authorization management, scheduling teams/maximizing staff schedules, credentialing, policies, center staffing, and facilities operations.

    Must have strong organization and people skills to oversee, manage, and multi-task as per centers needs.

    Qualifications:
    Qualifications

    -Degree in Management and or Health Care Administration /Leadership Administration or related field preferred.

    -Understanding of Medical office protocols/needs-billing, authorizations/patient management

    -SUPERB organization skills and outcome measure tracking

    -Excellent skills in creating documents-word, excel, etc.

    -Excellent speaking and writing abilities in English

    -Ability to manage team members and monitor tasks completion in multiple departments

    -Ability to communicate effectively with various directors make staffing predictions and ensure center is meeting all requirements and timelines.

    -3+ years of experience in office/operations management and /or therapy center (speech-occupational-physical therapy) experience preferred.

    -Bilingual Proficiency in English and Spanish preferred
