    We have an immediate long-term opportunity with one of our largest clients for a position of

    Mastery Experiences:
    Training Coordinator ,

    to work in SFO, CA.

    Pay Rate :
    $35 - $40/hr on C2C
    $30 - $33/hr on W2

    Responsibilities:
    Set up training sessions in our learning management system and manage enrollments end-to-end on a daily basis.

    Create and schedule large volumes of bulk email campaigns to keep learners informed and updated about session information and any required pre-work.

    Produce live workshop sessions, supporting facilitators by creating breakout rooms, marking attendance, fixing tech issues, and managing learner interactions.
    Coordinate and manage multiple cohorts simultaneously to ensure a continuous, consistent, and uninterrupted learning experience.

    Support program managers in planning and executing in-person sessions, including ordering and printing materials, setting up meeting rooms, organizing catering, and offsite activities.

    Handle email requests from learners related to enrolments, cancellations, etc.
    Write and send monthly newsletters to facilitators via the communications system.
    Support in recruiting, upskilling, and retaining the facilitator community by partnering with teams and creating specific communications.
    Assign facilitators to their programs, schedule their sessions, and send rosters.
    Troubleshoot issues that arise and utilize a bug ticket system.

    Reporting:
    Pull data to support capacity and activation planning.
    Track training goal completion and gather insights to drive engagement.
    Conduct post-event reporting and ROI analysis to measure program effectiveness.
    Uncover fresh audience insights and define creative and strategic approaches to solving event challenges.
    Share survey insights with external partners or faculty where needed.

    Qualifications:
    BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
    3-5 years of training coordination or event management experience.
    Outstanding attention to detail and operational rigor.
    Ability to own multiple projects or programs from end to end.
    Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks.
    Highly organized and detail-oriented.
    Excellent communication skills.
    Resourceful problem solver with little to no oversight needed.
    Excellent knowledge of Google Apps (esp. Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Sheets, Google Slides, Google Docs).
    Ability to quickly learn new tools and technologies.
