- Assist in cash forecasting and reporting of net financial position
- Prepare, review and analyze financial information to ensure integrity is maintained
- Lead monthly, quarterly and annual closing processes ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting. Responsible for preparations of journal entries, reconciliations and consolidated financial reporting package
- Supervise and mentor accounting staff
- Assist with annual budgeting and monthly forecasting
- Prepare tax worksheets and support schedules
- Participate in external and internal audits as required
- Work closely with operational personnel to achieve company objectives in accordance with GAAP, internal policies and other regulatory requirements.
- Maintain and develop internal control procedures
- Ad hoc projects and reporting as needed
- A bachelor's degree (BA or BS) in accounting, finance or other applicable degree. At least 7 years of accounting work experience is acceptable for this position.
- Construction industry accounting experience preferred
