Responsibilities
- All Service assignments are to be performed in a safe efficient capable manner using the least number of labor hours necessary while maintaining the highest quality of standards possible
- Individuals must comply with all safety policies have the ability to lift move up to 70 lbs Review service orders inspect equipment accordingly for additional repairs or malfunctions by test driving troubleshooting vehicle operation Notify management if shop equipment is not in serviceable condition constitutes a safety hazard liService orders should be completed accurately concisely use of computer when applicable liWarranty reports are handled same manner you must retain tag store removed parts properly return manufacturer liObtain final approval prior performing additional repairs Respond repair inquiries prompt manner Perform repairs maintenance service work requested accordance approved quality efficiency standards Discard residual hazardous waste proper disposal methods Invest tools necessary perform expected levels quality Always conduct yourself professional manner times representing company Apply knowledge safely utilize tools including Torque wrenches Hydraulic pressure Computer pressure gauges Welding equipment Pneumatic hand tools Hydraulic jacks Diagnostic equipment Maintain understand committed shared responsibility upgrade technical competence attending classes shop meetings reading service bulletins requested Test drive assure proper operation complete equipment inspections accordance company governed standards Respect maintain company investment keep clean orderly use proper care meet requirements determined dealership government agencies ul>
