- SSDI or SSI documentation;
- Veterans Administration Certification;
- Letter from Licensed Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (most common); or

- Will work part time, 20-32 hours per week.
- Assists with inbound calls from clients seeking resources or appointment scheduling.
- Assists with front desk reception duties.
- Provides general office support including copying, scanning, faxing and email communication.
- Assists with setup for applicant orientations.
- Assists with setup for any in-district meetings.
- Assists with vendor contacts and item purchase cost searches.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Effective verbal and written communication.
- Computer expertise using Word, Gmail and spreadsheet software.
